This event is held each year in first year residences and features a panel of Residence Advisors, TPRA Council Members, and Residence Coordinators who will answer resident questions about their mental health journey. The panelists lead a discussion and share the obstacles that they have encountered and how they have worked to overcome them, in their pursuit of mental wellness. Ask your advisor for information on the next event.
The Health and Wellness Committee is made up of Residence Advisors who aim to improve the wellness of students both physically and mentally throughout the school year. They achieve this by hosting a variety of events. Talk to your advisor to find out more about upcoming events! (Name of committee may vary depending on year and residence.)
